Pangandaran is the belle of the beach in West Java, located in the Village Pananjung, District of Pangandaran with distance ± 92 km south of Ciamis. In fact, the area in the South Coast of Java is included in the agenda of tourists visiting Indonesia in 2008.Therefore, the local government through the Department of Tourism and the local culture, continue to correct and complete supporting facilities Pangandaran Beach tourist area.

Pangandaran has various features such as:

1. Can see the sunrise and sunset from the same place

2. Sloping beach with clear water and the distance between the ups and downs relatively long allowing us to swim safely

3. There are beaches with white sand

4. There are team beach rescue

5. There is a marine park with fish and fascinating marine life.

The tourists can perform a wide range of activities, such as: swimming, yachting, fishing, traveling by bicycle, the sailing, jet skiing and others. International tourism event ever held here was the Festival International Kite (Pangandaran International Kite Festival) with a variety of supporting activities which we can see in every month of June or July.
